Description
Form: Liquid, concentrate for preparing a high-foaming cleaning solution.
Purpose: The foaming detergent is intended for washing water-resistant carpet products in a specialized workshop using rotary floor machines or automatic equipment. It is recommended for extremely soiled woven carpets with polypropylene, polyamide, as well as polyester fibers and acrylic, provided that they are rinsed with Acid Cleaner solution afterward.
Solution Preparation:
Dilute the concentrate in clean warm (30-50 °C) water in a ratio of 50-150 ml per 10 liters. Note that the concentrate is thick, and some of it may remain on the walls of the measuring container. Rinse this residue by washing the container in the shampoo solution.
As a booster, you can add Despotter to the shampoo solution in the amount of 50-100 ml per 10 liters of shampoo solution.
Application:
- Washing with a rotary machine: Pre-soak the carpet in clean water, remove excess water with a squeegee. Apply the shampoo solution to the carpet in an amount of 0.5-1.5 liters per square meter. Treat the carpet with a rotary machine equipped with a brush of appropriate stiffness. Remove the generated foam and rinse the carpet several times with clean water. Pour the Acid Cleaner solution (50 ml per 10 liters of water) onto the carpet, let it sit for 1-5 minutes, then rinse again with clean water, spin it in a specialized centrifuge, and place it in a drying chamber.
- Washing with automatic equipment: Soak the carpet in a pre-wash bath, adjust the appropriate supply of shampoo solution before the brushes, and rinse after the brushes. After the automatic washing line, place the carpet in the centrifuge and spin. A slight residue of shampoo on the carpet fibers after spinning in the centrifuge is acceptable.
Precautions:
Do not use for on-site cleaning of carpet products and upholstered furniture. The product must be thoroughly rinsed off. Before use, perform a colorfastness test on the surface to be cleaned. If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If swallowed, rinse the mouth, drink plenty of water, do not induce vomiting, and seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a tightly closed container at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C in an upright position away from heat sources, open flames, sunlight, and precipitation.
Composition: Deionized water, anionic surfactants 5-15%, alkali, complexing agent, organic acid, nonionic surfactants 5-15%, fragrance, opacifier, preservative.

It performed well on almost all types of carpets. I’m deducting one star for the very strong odor. Working with it all day, by the end of the shift, it causes discomfort to the respiratory system. It would be good if the manufacturer could address this issue. Otherwise, everything is satisfactory! I recommend it.
