Form: A clear liquid with a mild chemical odor, concentrated for preparing a solution.

Purpose: Cleaning surfaces and equipment from the by-products of burning organic substances: soot, ash, tar, including contaminants with a characteristic odor (fires).

The product deeply penetrates pores, dissolves, and emulsifies viscous, condensed combustion products, allowing for deeper and more thorough cleaning of surfaces, achieving not only visual cleanliness but also removing the primary source of odor.

Solution Preparation:

Smoke Cleaner Professional can be used as a concentrate or diluted in a ratio of up to 1:5 with clean water. To increase effectiveness, it is recommended to use a solution at a temperature of 40-50°C.

Surface Preparation:

Before cleaning any surface, it is necessary to conduct a test for resistance to Smoke Cleaner Professional—apply the concentrate to an inconspicuous area for 30 minutes, then rinse the treated area with water and dry it. If unwanted changes occur on the test area, further use of Smoke Cleaner Professional on this surface is not allowed.

The surface or item is mechanically cleaned of charred particles and brought to a normal temperature (10-30°C). Surfaces with low wash resistance should be moistened with water before applying the Smoke Cleaner Professional solution or concentrate to reduce aggressive action. If necessary, pre-wash thick, dense layers of soot with alkaline detergents.

Application:

The solution or concentrate of Smoke Cleaner Professional is applied to the surface by spraying and rubbed with a brush of appropriate stiffness or a sponge. For mechanical treatment of smooth painted surfaces, it is recommended to use a melamine sponge;
The agent is left on the surface for several seconds to a few minutes, with visual monitoring of the surface and the cleaning solution layer. The film should darken, absorbing part of the dissolved contamination;
The surface is thoroughly rinsed with clean water and wiped dry, while surfaces susceptible to alkalis are treated with acid solutions that neutralize alkalis.

Smoke Cleaner Professional can be used in two-phase cleaning of mineral porous surfaces—brick, concrete. In this case, the first phase of cleaning with Smoke Cleaner Professional and a high-pressure apparatus or professional steam generator is carried out to remove the main mass of contamination, followed by a second phase of cleaning using an appropriate mineral acid-based solution.

Precautions:

The product contains alkaline components and water-miscible solvents. Avoid contact with marble surfaces and other surfaces with low alkali resistance; when working near such surfaces, take measures to protect them carefully. A surface resistance test is required before use. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, rinse mouth, drink plenty of water, and seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Conditions: Store in tightly closed containers at a temperature of 5 to 40°C in an upright position, away from heat sources, open flames, sunlight, and precipitation.

Composition: Demineralized water, glycol ether, terpene mixture, pyrophosphate, anionic surfactants 5-15%, nonionic surfactants up to 5%, complexing agent, alkali.

pH of concentrate: 13.0 (±0.5).

pH of 20% solution: 11.6 (±0.5).
