Neutral Pre-Cleaner – neutral textile cleaner

Description

Form: Concentrate, semi-transparent thick liquid of brown color, with a chocolate liqueur scent.

Purpose: The product is used for pre-wetting before extraction cleaning. It is suitable for use on delicate textile surfaces such as wool, silk, cotton, viscose, billiard table cloths, ceiling upholstery, and door panels of cars, provided the item has normal resistance to wetting. It can also be used for bonnet cleaning of textile coverings and for cleaning plastic, vinyl, and coated leather. It effectively removes sweat and grease stains, dust, low to medium resistance stains (cosmetics, some grease stains, sauces, light petroleum products, non-settled beverage stains), and tobacco smoke residue.

Solution Preparation: Depending on the level of contamination and the cleaning technology, the concentrate is diluted in a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20 with clean, warm (30-50°C) water. Note that the thick concentrate may stick to the sides of the measuring container. For bonnet cleaning and other types of cleaning that do not involve complete rinsing (removal from the surface) of the cleaning agent, it is recommended to use a solution at a ratio of 1:20 (Neutral Pre-Cleaner/water).

Preparation: Before using Neutral Pre-Cleaner solutions, thoroughly vacuum the item and perform a preliminary test for colorfastness of the surface.

Application:

• Extraction cleaning: Using a sprayer with a large drop, apply the Neutral Pre-Cleaner solution in an amount of 50 to 300 ml per square meter, carefully distribute it over the fibers with a brush of appropriate hardness, and allow the product to act for 2 to 10 minutes. Perform the main cleaning using the extraction method.
• Other types of cleaning: Adjust the product consumption and test on a small area.

Precautions: When working, use rubber gloves, a respirator, and protective goggles. Do not ingest and avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. If swallowed, rinse the mouth, drink a large amount of water, and immediately consult a doctor. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product!

Storage conditions: Store in a place inaccessible to children, in a tightly closed original container at a temperature between 5 and 40°C, in an upright position, away from heat sources, open flames, sunlight, and atmospheric precipitation.

Composition: Prepared water, organic solvent, complexing agents less than 5%, sodium citrate, food-grade sodium tripolyphosphate less than 5%, polycarboxylates less than 5%, nonionic surfactants less than 5%, anionic surfactants less than 5%, sodium alginate, fragrance, dye.

pH of concentrate: 7.5-8
pH of 1:20 solution: 7 (± 0.5)
